Time and Marriage

Unmarried people are always looking to spend their time. Married people are always looking for time to spend.

Orientation

There are two basic prayers that express a person's basic orientation towards God in their lives. The first prayer goes: "Lord, here is what I want with my life. Please support me in this plan wherever it may take me." The second prayer says: "Lord, tell me what you want for my life. And I will follow it wherever it may take me." (Not included here are those who either do not pray or do not believe in God in the first place.)

Worlds

The world today has offered so many worlds to get into, and for many a youth and even adults, to get lost to for good.

Children

Many times you don't have to worry seeking for things to teach children, especially around ages five to eight. They simply ask a lot of questions about things they encounter each day. The only challenge to adults is to listen to them earnestly, not brush them away irritably or play listen without hearing, and answer them with all honesty as far as you know about the answers.

Women

Women who mature in the goodness of their persons--heart, mind, and body--are more beautiful even compared to the younger ones.

Faith and Doubt

Faith is about believing that God will perform miracles in our lives, despite our feeling hinted with doubt that He may not do so, and proceeding to ask him anyway: "Lord, help me."

Body

Any part of our body that we surrender to God's grace becomes His tool in redeeming others and this world. Conversely, any part of our body that we surrender to sin becomes the weapon of the devil to spread more wickedness among others and in this world.

Way and Life

More evil descends upon a person who, after having learned the way of the Cross, gave it up for the easy and abundant life of the world.

Control

Anything that you cannot control in your self controls you. Anything that controls you enslaves you.

Small Things

Many small things are just that--small things; of course, until you make it big. The same is true with problems.

Voice

A soft voice, when you hear it, can be the clearest there is to hear.
